HeartSine® Samaritan® PAD  Warranty Statement

HeartSine® designs and manufactures rugged and reliable medical devices. In doing so we also provide the highest quality warranty – our HeartSine® samaritan® PAD defibrillator carries a 10 year warranty.  To assure that your warranty is active, fill out the product registration card that came with your HeartSine® product or use the HeartSine samaritan PAD AED Warranty Info Form.  You may also register online if you’d like. For more information on the exact warranty for your HeartSine® product, refer to the product User’s Manual.

• PAD – Extended 7 Year warranty for units shipped on or after 1 Oct 2006. Proof of date of Purchase required.

• PADs shipped prior to 1 October 2006 – 5 Year Warranty.

• Pad-Pak™ – 3.5 Year Shelf life from the date of manufacture.

 Charging Time: 150J in less than 8 seconds, 200J in less than 12 seconds from a shock advised message.

• Operating/Standby temperature: 0 to 50 C, 32 to 122 F

• Shipping/Transportation temperature: -10 to 50 C (14 to 122F) for up to two days. If device has been stored below 0C (32F) it should be returned to an ambient temperature of between 0 to 50C (32 to 122F) for at least 24 hours before use.
